By engaging Vedrop Production Private Limited ("Vedrop") for any service, accessing our website, or completing a payment, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Vedrop provides video production, content marketing, social media management, performance marketing, podcast production, PR/media, and creative services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals or service agreements signed by both parties.
You grant Vedrop a non-exclusive, limited licence to use your brand assets solely for delivering agreed services.
On receipt of full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client. Vedrop retains the right to use samples of completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing before project start.
All templates, workflows, editing presets, SOP documents, and internal systems developed by Vedrop remain Vedrop's sole intellectual property.
Included revision rounds are specified in each project proposal. Additional revision rounds are charged at ₹2,000–₹5,000 per round depending on project scope and complexity.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, strategies, and data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
Vedrop's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project. Vedrop is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages including loss of business, revenue, or profits.
Vedrop is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, internet outages, government orders, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
